Wonderful small business Mom and Pop mexican restaurant on the shore of Lake Erie. Food was good, service staff was very friendly, and I enjoyed the quaint building which I believe was built in the 1920's. If you like new build restaurants, or professionally decorated chain restaurants, this place is not for you. If you like supporting the small business American dream, and buildings whose walls can tell you stories of an era gone by, I suggest you dine there. I had the Chile Colorado plate and savored every bite.
Very enjoyable meal. Would call it middle of the road in taste. What you expect. Very nice staff. Willing to modify the entree to suit. Never felt rushed or ignored. Fair prices too.
Love this restaurant! Love the food and that it’s right on the lake! You can sit inside or outside, but in my opinion, if you’re sitting inside, you’re missing out on the great view on the patio! They have great tacos and quesadillas! They give you chips and salsa while you wait for your food. Food portions are very generous! They are a little bit on the pricier side. But I have nothing bad to say! Great experience, overall!
What a unique place to eat with the entire family! Right on Lake Erie with beautiful views of the sunset, huge back patio, lots of inside seating, 2 separate bar areas, and the entire place is a castle 🏰 Not to mention the delicious 😋 margaritas 🍹 and All The Food 🥑🌮
First time visiting this establishment. The castle structure was intriguing. We had 3 servers ask and take our order, this was very weird. We only ordered the grilled chicken nachos, nothing crazy, to share. It took quite awhile for them. The cheese sauce was watery, so all the sauce was on the bottom of the platter. There was a live band so that was the entertaining part of the visit. This restaurant is a one in done for us.
